M K Ponda College of Business & Management conducted a expert lecture on career guidance entrepreneurship development and startups. The experts of the workshop were Mr. Mayank Bajpaye, H.R. Manager SSA international limited and Dr. Basudev Sarkar Retd. Dyp. Labour Commissioner. First half of the session was conducted on the topic career guidance and upgrading the students according to the needs of the industry by Mr. Mayank Bajpaye H.R. Manager SSA International limited and the second half of the session was conducted by Dr. Basudev Sarkar on the entrepreneurship development and how to build positive approach and self motivation in life. The workshop was inaugurated by lamp lighting. Principal, Dr. Vishal Sood & Director, MBA, Dr. Manoj Jain MKPC welcomed the dignitaries. The Chief Guest Mr. Harshil Ponda Executive Director Red Rose Group explained how to be self motivated and focused toward work. He also said that MKPC is a platform where our students learn & nurture their skills. Mr. Mayank Bajpaye focused on the interviewing skills and the need to upgrade your skills so as to fit in the requirement of the industry. Dr. Basudev Sarkar motivated students and gave the 5 mantras of being successful in life and never give up hope and behind every failure there is success and one should never stop trying.
